On 10 June 2025 Spanish alpinist Santiago Padròs and his Italian counterpart Emanuele Andreozzi climbed what may well be a new mixed climb on the north face of Dent du Géant (Mont Blanc massif). The 335m line, tentatively graded AI4+ M7+, is what they describe as being a 'fantastic climb'...

Kilian Moni reports about the first ascent of 'Sous l'œil d'Adèle' established on 18/05/2025 with Laetitia Chomette and Pierre Girot on the north face of Pointe Louise, Écrins massif, France. The 600m mixed climb above the Plate des Agneaux valley is graded 600m ED- 5/M5+.

On 05/02/2025 manuele Andreozzi and Stefano Falezza made the first ascent of the mixed climb 'A State Of Trance' on the north face of Cima Busazza in the Adamello – Presanella group of the Italian Alps.

On 12/04/2025 Simon Gietl completed the solo first ascent of 'Lumina' (M7 A0, 300m) on the NE Face of Wildgall / Collaspro 3273m, (Rieserferner Group, Tauern Alps). The 40-year-old mountain guide from South Tyrol, Italy, reports about his mixed climb up this "wonderfully beautiful pillar."

At the Rive Gauche of the Argentière Glacier (Mont Blanc), Massimo Faletti and Enrico Lovato have established 'Volevo essere un duro'. Lovato's report details this challenging and stunning mixed climb located in the Highlands sector, repeated the same day by Davide Cattani and Claudio Marchetti.

From 4-6 March 2025 alpinists Tom Livingstone and Rob Smith made the first ascent of 'Shark Attack' (650m, M7, 6b) on Dent du Requin (3422m) in the Mont Blanc massif.

On 18/03/2025 on Pyramide du Tacul in the Mont Blanc massif, the Italian mountain guides Niccolò Bruni and Giovanni Ravizza, together with aspiring mountain guide Michele Tixi, established the mixed climb 'Ussha' (ED M7+ 300m).

On 2 March 2025 Valentino Cividini and Paolo Zenoni made the first ascent of the mixed climb 'La Rampa Vaga' (400m, D+/TD- (70-80°) on the north face ofVigna Vaga (2332m), Bergamo Alps, Italy.
