The 25th edition of the night ski mountaineering competition Sellaronda Skimarathon was won on Friday 25 March 2022 by the teams Katia Tomatis - Elena Nicolini and Matteo Eydallin - Michele Boscacci.

After a two-year stop, the Sellaronda Skimarathon will take place in the Italian Dolomites tomorrow. As per usual the most famous night ski mountaineering competition will cross four mountain passes, Campolongo, Pordoi, Sella and Gardena and cover a total distance of 42 kilometers and +2700m altitude gain.

The 36th edition of the classic Pierra Menta ski mountaineering competition in Arêches-Beaufort in France took place from 9 to 12 March 2022 and was won by the Italians Matteo Eydallin and Michele Boscacci.
