South Tyrolean climber Filip Schenk has redpointed 'Beginning' (9a+), completing all the hardest routes at the L'Eremo di San Paolo crag near Arco, Italy.

South Tyrolean mountain guide Simon Gietl and Germany's Ines Papert have made the first free ascent of 'Lumina' on the NE Face of Wildgall / Collaspro 3273m, (Rieserferner Group, Tauern Alps). The mixed climb was established solo by Gietl earlier this year.

At the crag Padaro above Arco, Italy, Filip Schenk has repeated 'Omen Nomen' (9a).

On Monte Monaco at San Vito Lo Capo in Sicily Christoph Hainz and Gerda Schwienbacher have made the first ascent of 'Ballo Corallo'. 220m high, max difficulties up to 7a+, described as 'bellissima.'

Between 21 and 23 August 2025, Matteo De Zaiacomo, Chiara Gusmeroli and Davide Nesa established the new route 'Less is More' on the previously unclimbed northwest face of Shawa Kangri. Davide Nesa reports about the expedition to the Rangtik Valley in the Zanskar region of India.
