Via Cerullova added to Cinque Torri (Dolomites)

On 24 August 2025 Massimo Da Pozzo and Giordano Riello made the first ascent of 'Cerullova' on Torre Grande in the Cinque Torri group abovea Cortina d’Ampezzo in the Italian Dolomites.

On 24 August Massimo Da Pozzo and Giordano Riello established the route "erullova on Torre Grande in the Cinque Torri group above Cortina d'Ampezzo (Dolomites). The new route climbs to the right of the Via delle Guide on the tower's west face, is 125m high and breaches difficulties up to grade IV.

According to the first ascensionists, it "a straightforward, very pleasant route that, with its beautiful holds, provides splendid emotions." The fifth and final pitch is notable, as it "follows the compact, vertical gray slab with excellent holds all the way to the summit anchor of the Via delle Guide."

In 2023, the pair established the multipitch Valerio Giordano on nearby Piccolo Lagazuoi.
