From 20 - 22 April 2018 Arco, Italy will host the Adventure Awards Days, the International Festival of adventure and exploration. Star guests include Simone Moro, Jeremy Collins, Jane Goodall, Nicolas Favresse, Emilio Previtali, Dino Lanzaretti, Jakub Rybicki, Valeria Mosca, Igor D’India. The festival will also host the thrid edition of Arco Rock Star, the international climbing photography contest in the heart of Garda Trentino region.
The second edition of Arco Rock Star, the photography competition that takes place annually during the Adventure Awards Days Festival, was won on Sunday 23 April by pro photographer Giovanni Danieli. Alex Buisse took second place while Federico Ravassard took third. The Open category was won by Graziano Galvagni.

Simone Moro, Emilio Previtali and David Göttler landed in Islamabad yesterday and in a few days time will reach Rupal Base Camp beneath Nanga Parbat (8125m), while a few days ago Ralf Dujmovits and Dariusz "Darek" Zaluski reached Base Camp on the Diamir Face. Tomasz Mackiewicz, Marek Klonowski, Jacek Teler and Pawel Dunaj have already established Camp 1 on the Rupal Face. They will all be joined by Daniele Nardi who announced he will depart for Islamabad on 20 January.
