SKYLOTEC & Climbing Technology: stronger togethe4r
Following SKYLOTEC’s acquisition of Aludesign, the parent company of Climbing Technology in 2021, the integration process enters a new phase: starting from mid-2025 SKYLOTEC launches the OUTDOOR segment of SKYLOTEC with a clear goal: to deliver increasingly advanced, reliable solutions for outdoor professionals and enthusiasts.
“Under the strong SKYLOTEC brand, each segment will support one another – delivering premium solutions for professionals working at height and climbers across all disciplines. Developing climbing equipment is demanding. It requires experience, technical expertise, and a passion for safety and performance. This is what we’ve stood for since 2008 in sport climbing – and even longer in professional sector. Uniting all our vertical solutions under one brand is the natural next step.” explains Kai Rinklake, CEO at SKYLOTEC.
In a globally competitive market, synergy is key. SKYLOTEC’s corporate promise, “We get you there”, reflects this mission: empowering people to achieve their goals – whether on the job or on outdoor adventures.

“SKYLOTEC has earned its reputation as a premium brand in the professional sector and is now driving its momentum into every field where height meets challenge”. Kai Rinklake explains: “For us, there is no distinction between ‘the sport climber’ and ‘the professional user’ – only people who share a passion for the unique fascination that challenges and experiences at height can offer. We are here for all of them.”
