In April 2011 a small French team comprised of Arnaud Petit, Aymeric Clouet and young Enzo Oddo travelled to the taghia Gorge in Morocco where they created Walou Bass, a 150m climb with difficulties up to 8c.

From 20 - 24 September the Italians Giovanni Ongaro, Andrea Pavan and Davide Spini (Team Altroverso) established Atlante Perverso (350m, 8a max, 7b obl.) on the north face of Monte Oujad, taghia, in the High Atlas mountain range in Morocco.

In May 2005 Eliza Kubarska, Przemek Klimek and David Kaszlikowski made the first ascent of one of the longest free climbs in the Atlas mountain range (taghia), Fantasia 7b+/c, 700m on Tagouimmt N’Tsouiannt, Morocco.

Maurizio Oviglia and Simone Sarti have made the first ascent of "Enfant de sable" 7a max, 6c obl., on the south face of Jbel Tramazine, High Atlas, Morocco.

In June 2004 a small Polish team comprised of David Kaszlikowski, Eliza Kubarska and Borek Szybinski freed the new multi-pitch “Barracuda” (600m, 7c+ max. 7a+ obligatory) on Mount Oujdad (2695m), taghia Gorge in June 2004

From 6 - 27 October 2003 the Italian climbers Rolando Larcher, Michele Paissan and Maurizio Oviglia established Sul filo della notte (7c+ max; 7b obl) in the taghia gorge, High Atlas, Morocco.
