Interview with mountain guide Hermann Comploj who on 24/03/2021 made the first ski descent of the North Couloir on col turont (2419m) in Langental / Vallunga, Dolomites, Italy.

In Val Lietres (Langental, Puez - Geisler group, Dolomites) Daniel Ladurner, Hannes Lemayr and Florian Riegler have repeated Once in a Lifetime, which they first ascended in February 2018. This is probably the first time that the icefall up col turont has been climbed entirely on ice. Riegler reports.

In Val Lietres (Puez - Geisler group, Dolomites) Daniel Ladurner and Hannes Lemayr have added a direct start, up rock, to the famous icefall Jumbo Jet. With this new variant the route tackles overall difficulties up to M7 WI5+.

On col turont, Vallunga / Langental, Dolomites, Adam Holzknecht and Alex Walpoth have made the first ascent of the mixed climb Amore e Ombra (160m, M9, VIII, WI5).

On 27/09/2014 Florian Riegler, together with his brother Martin Riegler, has made the first free ascent of the multi-pitch rock climb Albatros (8b, 200m) up the South Face of col turont, Vallunga, Dolomites.
