Italian alpinists Matteo Della Bordella, Luca Ducoli, Mirco Grasso and Giacomo Mauri departed two days ago for K7 in Pakistan. The four will attempt to open a new route on the east face of K7 Main (6934m).

French alpinists Samuel Equy and Mathéo Jacquemoud have set a new Chamonix - Mont Blanc round trip record, stopping the clock after 4 hours 41 minutes. In doing so they beat the previous Fastest Known Time by 2 minutes, set by William Boffelli in June 2025.

Iker Pou, Eneko Pou and Micher Quito have completed the first ascent of 'Pisco Sour' on the SW Face of Nevado Pisco (5780m) in Peru. The 640m mixed route breaches difficulties up to 85°/M6 and was climbed in a 20-hour push on 12 June 2024.
