A brief introduction to seven freeride itineraries in alta badia, Dolomites, by Mountain Guide Francesco Tremolada.

On 19 March Andrea Oberbacher and Francesco Tremolada carried out the first ski descent of the long and much-eyed Conturines south gully. On 15 March Tremolada had also carried the probable first repeat of the south gully on Piz Ciavazes, first skied by Tone Valeruz.

Four treks and vie ferrate to discover the Sella, Pordoi and Val Badia in the Italian Dolomites by local Mountain Guide Francesco Tremolada.

On Saturday 1 April Cristina Gravina (ex Downhill World Cup athlete and ski instructor in Corvara) and Alessandra Pescosta (ex Snowboard/Freestyle World Cup athlete and snowboard instructor in Corvara) carried out the first telemark and snowboard descent of Vallone d'Antermoia, Marmolada, Dolomites.

On Saturday 12 February the two moutain Guides Nicola Tondini and Adam Holzknecht made the first repeat and consequently also the first winter ascent of "Loss lei, heb schun" on the massively exposed Sass dla Crusc, Dolomites.
