The 15 athletes taking part in the The North Face Kalymnos Climbing Festival 2013 have been confirmed. This festival is open to all and takes place on 10 - 13 October 2013 on the island of Kalymnos in Greece.

A strong international team of climbers comprised of Caroline Ciavaldini, Sam Elias, Yuji Hirayama, Jacopo larcher and James Pearson have just completed a 3 week trip to the Reunion island in the Indian Ocean where they established a flurry of new routes, the highlight being the multi-pitch Zembrocal (140m, 8c+).

Rolando larcher recounts his first ascent, carried out in mid-June together with Herman Zanetti of L'uovo di Colombo up Monte Cimo in Val d'Adige. A 200m route that breaches the obvious large roofs with two different options: hard 7c+ and soft 7a+.
