Sellaronda Skimarathon, tonight the 30th ski mountaineering marathon of the Dolomites
The 30th edition of the Sellaronda Skimarathon will take place on Friday 22 March 2024. The famous night ski mountaineering competition crosses four mountain passes, Campolongo, Pordoi, Sella and Gardena, and cover sa total distance of 42 kilometers and +2700m altitude gain.

Sellaronda Skimarathon turns 30 today. The start of the most famous ski mountaineering night marathon is scheduled for 6pm at Canazei in the Dolomites, and this town is also the finish after 42 kilometers and 2,700 meters of positive altitude gain.
As per usual the route leads ski mountaineers past four famous passes, Passo Sella, Gardena, Campolongo and Pordoi, via the towns of Selva Val Gardena, Corvara and Arabba. 1,100 athletes have registered for the event, totalling 550 pairs, directed by race organiser Oswald Santin and supported by of an army of over 450 volunteers.
The event will be broadcast live on the official website www.sellaronda.it, starting from 7.15pm.
