"Sir William and the Quest for the Holy Jug" is the name of this fun short film by Crimp Films, documenting Will Bosi’s first repeat of Excalibur in Arco earlier this year. The Scottish climber had begun trying the climb three years ago, back in 2022, when it was still a futuristic project. While the first free ascent was made by Stefano Ghisolfi in 2023, it’s worth noting that on this very route — in April of this year — Brooke Raboutou made history as the first woman in the world to climb 9b+.
