| Maurizio Oviglia continues to forge new routes in Sardinia. Together with Simone Sarti he recently opened the “Rock Bottom” at the extremely overhanging Domusnovas. The four-pitch route encounters difficulties up to max 7c, obligatory 6c+. The second route is located on the massive Supramonte and was opend together with Giorgio Caddeo. The two climbed a line up the NW Face of Bruncu Nieddu to the left of “Spalle al Muro”. The resulting 300m trad route is named “Sonetaula” and graded 6c, obligatory 6b. Three pegs have been left in-situ.
