Laura Rogora sends Terapia d'urto 9a+ at Arco, Italy

Hot on the heels of Stefano Ghisolfi who claimed the first ascent of Terapia d'urto at the end of March, 19-year-old Laura Rogora now checks in with the first repeat of this short and intense 9a+. Located at the huge crag Padaro above Arco, Shock Therapy links the crux of L'arciere (8c) with Goosfraba, the 8c+ Rogora repeated in mid-March (featured in the video below).

This is now Rogora's third 9a+ after The Bow at Padaro and Pure Dreaming Plus at Massone, with which she became the first Italian woman to climb 9a+. Last summer Rogora repeated Ali hulk sit extension total at Rodellar in Spain and, in doing so, became only the second woman in the world to redpoint 9b after Angela Eiter.
