Dolomites Val Mesdì unveils demanding new mixed climb Mirco Grasso, Daniel Ladurner, Santiago Padrós have made the first ascent of Para arriba, nach unten e bevilo! in the Val de Mesdi, Sella group, Dolomites. The two-pitch icefall was established ground-up with pegs and bolts, and has been graded M8 WI5. Grasso reports.

Dolomites Val Mesdì and the ice climb up Pizza Longata The topo of the icefall climbed in December 2016 by Mountain Guides Simon Gietl and Andrea Oberbacher in Val de Mesdi, Sella group, Dolomites. Not necessarily a new route, but certainly a great winter climb.
