Manaslu climbed in winter by Alex Txikon & team Alex Txikon, with Pasang Nurbu Sherpa, Gelu Sherpa, Maila Sherpa, Mantere Lama Sherpa, Gamje Babu Sherpa and Chepal Sherpa, summited Manaslu in winter and without supplementary oxygen. This is the first integral winter ascent of the 8th highest mountain in the world, i.e. during the astronomical winter.

K2 summit success for François Cazzanelli, Jerome Perruquet, Pietro Picco Italian mountaineers François Cazzanelli, Pietro Picco and Jerome Perruquet summited K2 on 28 July 2022. Six Italians summit Nanga Parbat with Cesar Rosales from Peru Italian alpinists Roger Bovard, Marco Camandona, François Cazzanelli, Emrik Favre, Jerome Perruquet and Pietro Picco all summited Nanga Parbat (8126m) yesterday without supplementary oxygen. Cesar Rosales from Peru reached the summit of the ninth highest mountain in the world with the Valle d'Aosta team.
