In 2024 everyone uses superlative adjectives. I'm just going to put it simply and say that the event was a success. I don’t really know how else to convince you, that I am just describing reality here. Grimpeuses Paris was perfect.

We have been building on very solid basis: the former events were very good in the sense that we could see huge smiles on all faces all day. We already knew how to make everyone have an incredible time, proof being that they come back year after year.

But Paris is definitely a next step for Grimpeuses. The association has grown a lot. We are 8 girls working our ass off, mostly voluntarily, and we have very varied sets of skills, from big data to journalism, pro athlete, association consulting, climbing teaching…

The main thing about Grimpeuses Paris is that it was two days of incredible quality. A very dense and very well-built and executed program, a lot of learning experiences, meeting other participants, but also quality 1 to 5 time with role models such as French team athletes, outdoor superstars, or simply incredible human beings… And also presentations and discussions on topics like inclusivity, mental training, the need of feminism…

The result was, once again, huge smiles, a lot of phone number exchanges, and so much motivation to climb. Some of our most important moments were accompanying a lot of the girls through their very first days climbing outdoors! Female events are growing all over Europe, stay tuned for another one soon!
