By now the Lead Duel has become one of the great classics of the Rock Master event. By far one of the most exciting. Those who take part are the first eight male and female Lead athletes and they battle it out according to the system used in tennis: the first challenges the 8th and so on until the last two challenge each other in the Duel final. In short, it's a ferocious battle where technical difficulties and speed combine to create an exhausting race against time. Also because the piste up the righthand wall of the Climbing Stadium is the one with the legendary roof and overhanging wave.
