The fourth stage of the Ice Climbing World Cup took place in Corvara - Rabenstein, Italy, last weekend. Russians Maria Tolokonina and Nikolai Kuzovlev won the Lead event,  Anton Nemov and Ekaterina Feoktistova the Speed.

On Friday 21 December 2018 the Ice Tower at Rabenstein / Corvara in the Dolomites will open to the public. The structure will host a stage of the 2019 Ice Climbing World Cup on 1 - 3 February 2019.

Ice Climbing World Cup: HanNaRai Song extends her lead, Mohammadreza Safdarian Korouyeh claims Iran's first victory
On Saturday 27 January 2018 HanNaRai Song won Lead category in the Ice Climbing World Cup in Corvara in Val Passiria for the third consecutive time. In the men's competition there was a maiden victory when Mohammadreza Safdarian Korouyeh became the first Iranian ever to clinch a stage victory. The Speed discipline was won by Russia's Anton Nemov and Nadezda Gallyamova.

Ice Climbing World Cup 2018, Han Na Rai Song, Alexey Dengin win in Saas Fee
South Korea’s Han Na Rai Song and Russia’s Alexey Dengin won the Lead discipline of the first stage of the Ice Climbing World Cup 2018 that took place last weekend at Saas Fee in Switzerland. The Speed discipline was won by the Russians Nikolai Kuzovlev and Ekaterina Feoktistova. During the competition, Climbers Against Cancer (CAC) donated £25.000 to the Swiss Cancer Research Foundation.

Ice Climbing World Cup 2017 won in Corvara by HeeYong Park and Han Na Rai Song
The last stage of the Ice Climbing World Cup was held last weekend in Corvara; HeeYong Park and Han Na Rai Song won both the stage in Val Passiria and the overall World Cup. The fastest Speed climbers were Pavel Batushev and Ekaterina Feoktistova, while the Speed World Cup was won by Vladimir Kartashev and, in the women’s event, by Ekaterina Koshcheeva and Maria Tolokonina.
