It’s the 19th of March, everyone’s at home, has been for only a few days. Nobody knows how long this will last, the only thing certain is that many are using this time to keep in shape at at home.

This is an excellent opportunity to see how some of the strongest train, such as the sky runner Pablo Criado who runs up and down the stairs in his apartment block, like Elisa Desco who trains with her daughter, like the climbers Daila Ojeda, Camilla Moroni, Giulia Medici, Anna Borella, Jessica Pilz, Fanny Gilbert, Elias Iagnemma, Stefano Carnati, Davide Picco and many others who manage to invent training sessions inside and immediately outside their four walls.

The tag for all these athletes, and for many others who are currently smart working and smart training at home, is #scarpathome
