It was one of the most important repeats in recent times: a free ascent of Die Unendliche Geschichte in Switzerland’s Rätikon massif in summer 2015 at the hands of Barbara Zangerl and Nina Caprez.
Following in the footsteps of Beat Kammerlander who had established the climb ground-up along the 7th Kirchlispitze in 1990 before freeing it the next year, and Pietro dal Prà who pulled off the first repeat in 2005, 25 years later the Austrian and Swiss made the coveted second and third repeat. Here's their ascent of the "never ending story", one of the absolute masterpieces of multi-pitch alpine sports climbing.
