The trailer to 'The Lappnor project', the climbing film that documents the ascent of 'Burden of Dreams', the first boulder problem in the world to be graded 9A, freed in October 2016 by Finland's Nalle Hukkataival.
What does it really mean to climb a 9A boulder problem? What does it require to breach the absolute maximum, so intense and extreme that it breaks into a new realm of difficulties on the bouldering scale? Nalle Hukkataival may know the answers to these questions, for towards the end of October the 30-year-old climber from Helsinki finally made the first ascent of Burden of Dreams at Lappnor in Finland. Five moves moves, distilled into four meters that produced the world's first 9A boulder problem.
