Bouldering meetings in Italy
Two informal bouldering meets, one at Mottarone, the other at A Ca' Da Pria are scheduled for this weekend.
After a late start, bouldering is really beginning to take off in Italy. Two informal bouldering meets scheduled for this weekend are the clear result of a growing interest in this sport, not only at the top, with the likes of current World and European Champions Mauro Calibani and Christian Core, but also at the grassroots. Both meetings are in newly discovered areas, the first at Mottarone, north of Milan, the second in A Ca' da Pria, southern Sardinia. With a cool and crisp weather forecast for Saturday, perhaps we'll see you there?
