Adam Ondra: Limits are just Illusion

After injuring his knee at the beginning of the year, Adam Ondra couldn’t climb to the max and wasn’t his usual happy self. But the he realised that he was viewing the injury from the wrong point of view, because seen from a different angle it would provide him with the opportunity to improve further, by simply changing his way of training. Sometimes therefore it's the mind that's the only limit.

The result is this fun video clip, the fourth in the La Sportiva Strange Heroes series which - we would like to add - also pays homage to all paraclimbers who face real and huge challenges on as daily basis.
