In September 2019 France's Charlotte Durif and Josh Larson from the USA made the first ascent of Vuelo del Condor, a 240m multi-pitch climb on the psectacular Kuntur Sayana close to Pitumarca in Peru. Established not ground-up but from above, it breaches difficulties up to 8a+ and, importantly, is located at an altitude above 4500 meters. Here's the first ascent and subsequent first free ascent.
