After the terrible tragedy on Monte Pelmo, where Alberto Bonafede and Aldo Giustina lost their lives while attempting to rescue two German alpinists, thoughts now turn to those they have left behind, to the families of the victims who have to live with this terrible accident.

"It's now time to think about Alberto's and Aldo's children who now no longer have a father" said Andrea Fiori, the mayor of San Vito, "The children need to grow and I believe donating something to them is the best thing we can do."

The Bellunese Mountain Rescue has therefore taken concrete action and established a trust fund "Fondo di solidarietà" for those wishing to donate to the families of the victims.

The fund has the following bank details
Accout name: SASV CNSAS FONDO DI SOLIDARIETA’
IBAN code: IT10C0851161240000000022098
BIC code: CCRTIT2T95A
