Arc'teryx Alpine Academy 2019, registration online today at 15

Registration officially begins today at 15:00 for the Arc'teryx Alpine Academy 2019, the meeting at Chamonix where beginners and experts alike can improve their skills and techniques for climbing and mountaineering together with expert mountain guides.

The Academy will take place from 4 - 7 July and  there will be circa 30 different clinics and seminars run by mountain guides, athletes and other pros who will examine a series of different themes such as alpine climbing, crevasse rescue, high altitude medicine, mountain navigation etc. Both down in the valley and at altitude, high up on the slopes of Mont Blanc.

In the past the clinics have proven to be highly popular and last year they sold out in less than 24 hours. For this reason a first round takes place today at 15:00, and will be followed by a second opportunity at the same time on 17 April.
