On Cerro Walwalün in Chile's Cochamó Valley Mirco Grasso & Jernej Kruder establish the big wall Tarock On Cerro Walwalun in the Cochamó Valley, Chile, the international team composed of Italy's Mirco Grasso and Slovenia's Jernej Kruder opened and subsequently freed 'Tarock', a big wall climb with difficulties up to 7c.

In Chile’s Cochamó valley Domenico Mottarella & Marco Zanchetta establish 'El Diedro de lo Squalupo' In early February 2025 the Italians Domenico Mottarella and Marco Zanchetta made the first ascent of "El Diedro de lo Squalupo" in the Cochamó Valley in Chile. The climb is located at Sector de Mamón in the La Paloma valley.

New rock climb on Cerro Walwalun, Cochamó Valley, Chile In February 2013 the Italian climbers Lorenzo Lanfranchi, Mirko Masè, Simone Pedeferri, Mattia Tisi and andrea zaffaroni made the first ascent of Perdidos en el Mundo (870m, 23 pitches, 7b+, 6c+ obligatory) up the north face of Cerro Walwalun in Cochamo valley in Patagonia, Chile.
