British climber Shauna Coxsey and Russia’s Rustam Gelmanov have won the second stage of the Bouldering World Cup 2016, held yesterday and today at Kazo in Japan. Italy’s Michael Piccolruaz places a sensational second.

Britain’s Shauna Coxsey and Russia’s Alexey Rubtsov have won the first stage of the Bouldering World Cup 2016 at Meiringen this evening at Meiringen in Switzerland. Melissa Le Neve and Martin Stranik took silver, Megan Mascarenas and Jorg Verhoeven bronze.

The Bouldering World Cup 2015 was won in Munich last weekend by Japan’s Akiyo Noguchi and Korea’s Jongwon Chon. Jan Hojer and Shauna Coxsey secured silver, Adam Ondra and Miho Nonaka took bronze. The last stage was won by Shauna Coxsey (GBR) and Alexey Rubtsov (RUS).
