The video of Spanish climber Edu Marin completing the first repeat of Wogü in the Rätikon massif, Switzerland, in 2016. The 250m 8c multipitch was established by Beat Kammerlander in 1998 and freed by Adam Ondra in 2008. 

At Masua in Sardinia Maurizio Oviglia, Cecilia Marchi and mountain guide Marco Bigatti have rebolted two multi-pitch routes, 'Non spezzarmi il cuore' and 'Hard o Soft?'. Adam Ondra has completed the first free ascent of Příklepový strop, a historic aid line in the Macocha cave at Moravský Kras, Czechia. The 5-pitch multipitch now checks in at 8b+ max.

Nathan Heald reports about the first ascent of new route up the SE Face of Nevado Lasunayoc (5,936m) in the Pumasillo massif of the Cordillera Vilcabamba in Peru. The new mixed climb, carried out with local mountaineer Leo Rasalio, is only the 9th documented ascent of this peak.
