| On Friday 1 November the German mountaineer Thomas Huber will be in Arco, Italy, to present a film about his ascent of the Ogre (7285m). Located in the Trango region, Huber carried out the second ascent on 21 July 2001, together with Urs Stoecker and Iwan Wolf. The Ogre was first climbed in a historic 1977 ascent by the British mountaineers Doug Scott and Chris Bonington. Scott will be present in Arco on Saturday 2 November to recount his epic ascent. Other climbs include the first ascent of the difficult SW Face of Everest in 1975 together with Dougal Haston. PROGRAMME
