Day 11: Christian Maurer is a mere 19km away from the finishing line of Red Bull X-Alps 2011!
Red Bull X-Alps about to finish! At the moment the superb Swiss pilot Christian Maurer is in the lead and a mere 19km from the finishing line. The winner of the 2009 X-Alps is currently gliding quickly towards Mont Gros, the final turnpoint before the finish at Monte Carlo. He is followed, a fair way behind, by Toma Coconea from Spain and Paul Gushlbauer from Austria.
