From 23- 24 February 2013 at San Martino di Castrozza the event King of Dolomites, the two-day photo contest to take the most beautiful freeride photo in the Dolomites.

The formula is new and fun: grab your camera and a pair of skis and, next Saturday and Sunday at San Martino di Castrozza in the heart of the Italian Dolomites, make a thrilling ride past the beautiful limestone peaks in the Pale di San Martino range and shoot some Freeride photos to become the King of the Dolomites.

Everyone is invited to take part in this two-day event which, apart from this unique contest, has also scheduled a series of parties and, quite rightly, some mountain safety training organised with the local Mountain Rescue squads.

The photo contest is split into two categories, PRO and WANNABES. While the PRO is by invitation only and includes a maximum of ten Rider and Professional photographer teams, the WANNABES category is open to all and here too participants must be in pairs comprised of Rider + Photographer.

The best photos of both categories will be selected on Sunday afternoon by a jury of journalists and industry professionals comprised of Virna Pierobon, Umberto Isman (Skialper), Marco Melloni (4Skier), Riki Felderer (Soulrider) and Maurizio Moroni (Raisport) .
