| Lecco, Sunday 29 June 2003 Poker! Alexandre Chabot wins in Lecco for the fourth time running, ahead of Ramon Julien Puigblanque and, joint third equal, Dino Lagni and Euvgeni Ovtchinnikov. Muriel Sarkany won the women's event. Her victory was in the air, but nevertheless the Final was no walk over, with Martina Cufar touching the same hold as the Belgian.
