Malè Master won by Ovchinnikov and Benetti

Lisa Benetti and Evgueni Ovchinnikov convincingly won last weekend's 9th edition of the Malé Sports Climbing Master, Italy.

Lisa Benetti and Evgueni Ovchinnikov convincingly won last weekend's 9th edition of the Malé Sports Climbing Master, Italy. Ovchinnikov was the only athlete to top out in the Final, while his teammate Salavat Rakhmetov placed second, ahead of Igor Goussak, third.

Lisa Benetti won the women's event, ahead of Ioulia Abramtchouk and Claudia Salvadori. The onsight and after-work formula proved to be a huge success: the entire town square was filled with an enthusiastic crowd enjoying Val di Sole's week long festivity.
