The Italian Mauro Bubu Bole repeats Hotel Supramonte, together with Mi Sun Go in Sardinia

The Italian Mauro Bubu Bole has clocked up a fast ascent of Hotel Supramonte. Together with the Korean Mi Sun Go he travelled to Sardinia to check out this testpiece and, after two days working, a day jumaring and belaying Mi Sun, and two days windsurfing on the west coast, he climbed the route in a single push. After leading 7b+, 7c+, 8b, 8a+, 8b, 7c, 7a+, 7b+, 7b and 7b night set in, so the couple descended without climbing the final 6b+.
