Outdoors she's pretty much in a league of her own at the moment. Yesterday at the panoramic Bus de La Stria natural balcony that overlooks the Arco region Laura Rogora redpointed Trofeo dell'Adriatico, the 9a+ bolted by David Lama more than a decade ago and freed by Gabriele Moroni at the start of 2022.

Rogora is undeniably in on unprecedented form and for her nth 9a+ she needed just 6 days in total, the first two years ago, followed by 5 this year. "This is for sure one of the best and hardest line I have ever climbed" was her comment after the ascent because, as she told planetmountain "here in particular there was a fairly long move before the crux where I had to find another beta. I couldn't reach the kneebar rest so I found it very hard indeed."

The 23-year-old has been on a roll this season and success comes on the heels of her 9a+ ascents of Goldrake at Cornalba in September and Bombardino sent at Bus de La Stria in a single day not even a fortnight ago, as well as her extraordinary onsight of an 8c at La Ramirole in Verdon in mid-October.
