By the looks of things, 9a is becoming almost too easy for Eva Hammelmüller. The 25-year-old Austrian climber already has an impressive tally of 9a's to her name and she's now added another to her list, Omen Nomen at Padaro in Italy.

Put by Stefano Ghisolfi in 2017, Hammelmüller first started working the route in 2021 but soon realised she simply wasn't strong enough. Four years down the line, a mere four days were needed to tick what is hailed as one of best of its grade in the Arco area. 9a+ next?
