Eva Hammelmüller has redpointed Crise de Panique, the 8c+ which combines Viol au Van (8b+) with Van de Panique (8c) at Bas Valais in Switzerland.

First ascended by Jonathan Siegrist last year, in the words of the 25-year-old Austrian this 100% dreamline "has it all - hard moves in the beginning on sidepulls and underclings, a crazy crossmove, a tricky middle section where it‘s all about not getting too much pumped ‘pour avoir assez de jus’ to fight through the last beautiful crimpy crack."

Hammelmüller sent the route on Saturday, after having worked it for two days previously.
