There’s no point denying it, you only do things well when body and mind become one, when your head empties and life becomes a flow of energy that leads us to the very essence! How often have you asked yourself, when at your absolute limit “how did I do it?”. You surprise yourself, as if it almost wasn’t you who did that move.

this is the focal point of "who I am": the message isn’t "what", but “how”. Quality not quantity of yourself, needed to “do” something; this is the bridge that separates art from everything else.

"I'm the only one who has the truth", when “you are in the zone", no one can tell you that you’re wrong, your personal truth is the only thing that truly counts.
