Angelino Zeller attempting Sarre 2000, 8a+ without feet at Tetto di Sarre in Italy
Angelino Zeller vs Sarre 2000, 8a+ footless at Tetto di Sarre
The video portrait of Austrian paraclimber Angelino Zeller whose ambitious goal is to climb Sarre 2000 footless. This 8a+ located at Tetto di Sarre in Valle d'Aosta, Italy, was climbed without feet by Stefano Ghisolfi in 2014.
Angelino Zeller is used to pushing his limits, in particular since he lost the use of both legs as the result of a paragliding accident in November 2017. The new goal he has now set for himself, as he readily admits, is extremely ambitious: Sarre 2000. The Austrian paraclimber would like to climb this 8a+ at Tetto di Sarre in Italy's Valle d'Aosta as if it were one gigantic open-air campus board. Stefano Ghisolfi achieved this feat in 2014 and it was his video that inspired Zeller to give it a shot. "Maybe this route is beyond my limit, but I'll only find out if I try."
