The 19th edition of the International Festival of Mountain Films "Vila de Torelló" is currently being held in Torelló, Spain.
| The 19th edition of the International Festival of Mountain Films "Vila de Torelló" is currently being held in Torelló, Spain. Last year over 6000 visitors attended the festival, and this year 47 films from 17 countries are in the running. Parallel activities include a special Cirvianum Cinema Section dedicated to Luis Trenker, one of he most outstanding figures of the 20th century in mountain film history, and an audio-visual slideshow entitled by Juanito Oiarzábal dedicated to his 8000m ascents. The agenda also includes, amongst others, an homage to the Al Filo de lo Imposible TV team and an exhibition portraying the worlds best climbers entitled Climbers: To the edge of the world.
