After being forced to abandon the main objective, mighty Shivling, in October 2022 Swiss mountaineers Jonas Schild, Andy Schnarf and Stephan Siegrist made the first ascent of the a pillar above the Kirti glacier they dubbed Kirti-Nose. Located in India's Garhwal Himalaya, their 350m route was established using fixed ropes, is called Between two Parties and was graded 7b/A3.
