Svab sorts Law and order in Austria

On 9 March Erik Svab from Italy carried out the 5th ascent of Law and Order M13, at Diebsöfen, Tyrol Austria.

Erik Svab has ended the dry tooling season in style. Just before the cold disappeared the Italian climber repeated Law and Order, Markus Bendler's M13 at the Diebsöfen, Wilder Kaiser, Austria. 40m long and circa 30m overhanging, Law and Order is considered one of the hardest dry tooling routes in Europe. The line was first ascended in January 2006 and had been repeated by Harald Berger, Mauro Bubu Bole and Ines Papert.

Svab's ascent (6th attempt, 2nd day) is interesting because it adds to his list of recent ascents: a few months ago he climbed two of the hardest mixed multi-pitches (Illuminati and Empire Strikes Back) while last year he repeated another dry tooling testpiece, Game over M13 at the Dryland in Austria.
