In mid-July Cecilia Buil from Spain and Anna Torretta travelled to Chile to climb some new ice on Marmolej, the mountain located at the head of Cajon del Maipo, one of the longest valleys that lead off from Santiago. They came away with La Gioconda, 160m of WI 6 above 4000m and "plenty of plans for the next season!"
