Swedish alpinist Joda Dolmans reports about his recent Tindenåla winter solo in Norway. The 24-year-old carried out a 'wild journey, in the heart of winter' climbing six iconic mountains in Nordland from December 2024 to February 2025: stetind, Husbyviktind, Preikstoltind, Sjunkhatten, Strandåtind and Store Åselitind.

On 2 September 2024 Dave MacLeod and Calum Muskett made the first ascent of 'Line Dancing' (800m, E5 6b) on the SW Face of stetind in Norway.

Joda Dolmans reports about the first ascent of 'South West Face' on stetind in Norway with Andreas Widlund. The 790m climb was established in a 33-hour push, breaches difficulties up to N7/A0, and shares a short section of 'Guldfisken' in the middle of the face.

An all-star expedition comprised of American alpinists Conrad Anker, Jimmy Chin, Savannah Cummins, Alex Honnold, Anna Pfaff, Cedar Wright and the cameraman Pablo Durana is currently in Queen Maud Land in Antarctica where various members have managed to establish a flurry of new rock climbs.
