James Pearson repeats Crac yr Meistri (E9) on Llanberis slate in Wales British rock climber James Pearson has repeated 'Crac yr Meistri' (Master’s Crack), the E9 trad climb in the Nant Peris Quarry in the Llanberis Pass, Wales. Established by James McHaffie in 2022, it was repeated by Angus Kille later that year. Pearson reports.

Two new rock climbs in Fanis (Dolomites) by Simon Kehrer, Marta Willeit, Hubert Eisendle In November, South Tyrolean mountain guide Simon Kehrer made the first ascent of two new multipitch climbs in the Fanes group of the Dolomites, Italy: 'Lastun de Mareo' on Muntejela de Senes / Monte Sella di Sennes with Marta Willeit and 'Via dla Surité' on Piz Parom with Hubert Eisendle.

Big new climb on Mirror Wall in Greenland by Julia Cassou, Sean Warren, Pete Whittaker, Sean Villanueva This summer Julia Cassou, Sean Warren, Pete Whittaker and Sean Villanueva O’Driscoll established a new climb up the centre of the Mirror Wall in Greenland. The 1000m big wall is graded 8b/R/A2+ and has been called 'Ryu-shin', in memory of their friend and climbing partner Keita Kurakami.
