Probable first ski descents in the Dolomites by Francesco Vascellari & co. In the course of 2025, first ski descents were completed from three exceptionally beautiful Dolomite peaks: cima garbari (3,018m, Brenta Dolomites) - East face direct; Crodon di San Candido (2,891m, Sesto Dolomites) - South face direct; Cima delle Fede (2,953m, Pale di San Martino) - North-East face. 86 Dolomites 3000ers, Luca Fois & co embark on ambitious link-up On 27 June 2025, Luca Fois embarked on '86 Dolomites', the ambitious project to link all 86 peaks over 3,000 meters in the Dolomites in a single continuous effort. The 40-year-old Italian is joined by a team of experts comprised of Giuseppe Obinu, Emanuele Chessa and Michael Turconi.
