Ski Mountaineering World Cup: Axelle Gachet-Mollaret, Matteo Eydallin, Marianne Fatton, Oriol Cardona Coll triumph in Flaine

Last weekend Axelle Gachet-Mollaret and Matteo Eydallin won the Individual category of the third stage of the 2020/2021 Ski Mountaineering World Cup in Flaine, France. The Sprint event was won by Marianne Fatton and Oriol Cardona Coll.

Last weekend at Verbier in Switzerland Robert Antonioli and Axelle Gachet-Mollaret won the Individual race of the second stage of the Ski Mountaineering World Cup 2020/2021. Gachet-Mollaret and Rémi Bonnet won the Vertical race.


Ski Mountaineering World Cup: Nicolini, Gachet Mollaret, Anselmet and Fatton win in Ponte di Legno

The first stage of the 2020/2021 Ski Mountaineering World Cup took place last weekend in Ponte di Legno, Italy. The Sprint race was won by Marianne Fatton and Thibault Anselmet while the Vertical Race was dominated by Axelle Gachet Mollaret and Federico Nicolini.

Laura Rogora, Adam Ondra claim historic victory at Briançon Lead World Cup

At Briançon in France Laura Rogora from Italy and Adam Ondra from the Czech Republic won the first and probably only stage of the Lead World Cup 2020. Rogora is only the second Italian woman to win gold in a Lead World Cup stage after Luisa Iovane who won in Yalta in 1989.

Adam Ondra and Chaehyun Seo win Lead World Cup 2019

Climbing competitions: the 2019 Lead World Cup was won yesterday in Xiamen, China, by Adam Ondra demo the Czech Republic and Chaehyun Seo from South Korea. Both won the penultimate stage, while Taisei Homma and Akiyo Noguchi took silver and Tomoa Narasaki and Jain Kim took bronze. The last stage of the Speed World Cup 2019 was won by QiXin Zhong and Aries Susanti Rahayu, who set the new world record at 6.99 seconds. The overall Speed World Cup 2019 was won by YiLing Song and Bassa Mawem.
